Your account is governed by the laws applicable in your region. Access and eligibility depend on local law where you are located. The full terms document specifies applicable legal frameworks in detail.

Yes. Email the compliance team with your registered account ID and a data subject access request. We compile and deliver your data package within 30 calendar days of receiving the verified request.

Payment records for UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe transactions are encrypted and stored in line with applicable financial data retention rules. You can view a transaction summary inside your account wallet at any time.

On account closure, we anonymise marketing data immediately. Financial transaction records are retained for the statutory period required by law, after which they are permanently deleted from our systems.

Send a written objection to our compliance email address, quoting your account ID and the specific processing activity you are objecting to. We pause that processing while we review your request, usually within five business days.
